Celebrating the Growth and Resilience of Women Entrepreneurs This National Women’s Small Business Month

Did you know…

- Women own about 13.3 million businesses in the U.S. — that’s 45% of all entrepreneurs.

- Between 1982 and 2022, women’s business ownership skyrocketed by 438% (SBE Council).

That growth is inspiring, but the journey of entrepreneurship isn’t always easy. Access to resources, mentorship, and community makes all the difference.

As a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how women continue to step into leadership, overcome barriers, and create businesses that align with their purpose and dreams. Yet I also know the journey can feel isolating at times, and access to resources and community is key.

The U.S. Small Business Administration provides strong support for women entrepreneurs, including a network of Women’s Business Centers across the country. These centers offer education, mentorship, and resources to help women grow and thrive.

This month, I invite you to not only celebrate the remarkable progress of women in business but also to reflect on what’s possible when we believe in ourselves, lean into support, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
